At NR Link, we strive to provide the best internet services with transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • A customer has made an advance payment but cancels the service before activation.
  • Service could not be provided due to technical limitations at the customer’s location.
  • Continuous service disruption for more than 3 consecutive days without resolution from our support team.
⚠️ Note: Refunds are not applicable for partially used monthly services.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service has been used after activation.
  • The issue is related to personal equipment (router, LAN card, etc.).
  • You have violated our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • A request is made after 7 days from payment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@nrlink.com with your account details and reason.
  2. Our support team will verify your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
